If
you need to make a claim contact us on
01440 702633, you should have your policy number to
hand and, in the case of illness or disease, some
detailed information from your vet which will help
us to determine whether your claim is covered under
your policy.
We
will send you a claim form to complete and return
to us, we may ask you to provide additional information
to support your claim, for example for vets fees details
of the vet, cost of treatment, nature of the illness
or injury.
